Government of Punjab is hiring for the post of Assistant Manager, Finance & Resource Mobilization (1 post) in Lahore.
The Assistant Manager, Finance & Resource Mobilization will handle financial management and resource mobilization activities for the Strategic Planning Unit (SPU) on a 3-year contract.
- Manage budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis.
- Mobilize resources and manage program grants, ensuring fiscal accountability.
Requirements for Assistant Manager, Finance & Resource Mobilization
Applicants for Assistant Manager, Finance & Resource Mobilization must have 16 years of education in finance-related fields and relevant experience.
- Education: 16 years education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or Professional degree (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA) or equivalent from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: Experience in one or more of the following fields in a public or private sector organization: budgeting, costing, financial reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A); Familiarity with public financial management (PFM) systems and project budgeting cycles; Managing large program grants and ensuring fiscal accountability.
