Eligibility and Qualifications

Computer Operator (BPS-16)

Applicants for the Computer Operator position must possess the following qualifications:

• Education: MSC/BIT/BCS or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

The Computer Operator will be responsible for various computer-related tasks within the District Judiciary Mansehra. This is a permanent position.

Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

Candidates for Junior Scale Stenographer must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Intermediate or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
• Skills: A shorthand speed of 50 words per minute and a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English.
• Preference: Candidates with knowledge of MS Office will be preferred.

The Junior Scale Stenographer will provide secretarial and administrative support, primarily involving shorthand and typing duties for the District Judiciary Mansehra. This is a permanent position.

Junior Clerks (BPS-11)

For the Junior Clerk position, applicants are required to have:

• Education: Secondary School Certificate (Matric) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
• Skills: A typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Junior Clerks will perform general clerical duties and administrative tasks within the District Judiciary Mansehra. This is a permanent position, with specific quotas reserved for women and minorities.

Important Instructions

• Permission to participate in the ETEA screening test will be granted based on the information provided by the candidates. However, detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the relevant appointing authority.
