Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants for the Janitorial Staff positions at District Headquarters Hospital Sheikhupura must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a resident and domicile holder of Sheikhupura District.
• Candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in hospital cleaning.
• The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• The appointment through the Health Council will be purely temporary for 89 days and will not grant any right to permanent employment. This appointment will not be against any selection post.
• Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit, according to the prevailing policies and instructions of the Government of Punjab.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be deployed according to the needs of the hospital/department and will be required to perform assigned duties.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing for interviews or selection.
• Selected candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• If any information or document provided at any stage is found to be false or fake, the candidate’s application/appointment will be canceled.
• The approved remuneration rate by the government will be paid only through cross-check or bank account.
• Selected staff will be bound to perform hospital cleaning duties as per requirements.
• Selected candidates must register on the hospital’s biometric system and ensure daily attendance.
• Salary payment will only be linked to the biometric system. Absence without biometric attendance will be considered as unauthorized absence.
• In case of continuous absence for two days, the selected employee will be terminated from service.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be terminated from service without any prior notice.
