District Headquarters Hospital Chakwal Sanitary Worker & Cleaner Jobs 2026

1. Prepare your application along with attested copies of the following documents: National Identity Card, Domicile Certificate, educational certificates (if any), experience certificates, and recent photographs.
2. Ensure all documents are attested and attached to your application.
3. Submit your complete application before the deadline of October 26, 2026.

5. Candidates must bring their original National ID Card, original educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.
6. The selection process will be based on merit, adhering to the prevailing policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
7. The competent selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
8. Selected candidates will be deployed as per the needs of the concerned hospital/institution and will be required to perform assigned duties.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
10. Selected candidates must be medically and physically fit.
11. Any false or fake information/documents provided at any stage will lead to the cancellation of the application/appointment.
12. Remuneration will be paid according to the government’s prescribed rates and through a bank account/cross-check.
13. Selected staff will be bound to perform duties assigned by the administration as per the hospital’s cleanliness and operational requirements.
14. Selected candidates are required to register on the hospital’s biometric system for daily attendance.
15. Salary payment will be linked solely to the biometric system; absence without biometric record will be considered unauthorized, and continuous two-day absence will result in termination of employment.
16. In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee may be terminated from service without any prior notice.
