Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for each position as detailed in the advertisement. - The cut-off date for determining eligibility of candidates in terms of age, qualification and experience shall be the closing date for receiving applications.
- All appointments against the advertised positions at the Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder shall be made on contract basis, subject to the terms and conditions prescribed/approved by the Competent Authority.
- The selected candidates shall be liable to serve at the Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder, Islamabad, or any associated facility/unit established under the Centre, according to organizational requirements.
- The last date for submission of online applications is fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
- Candidates shall follow the instructions, fee/payment mechanism, document-upload requirements and test-related directions displayed on the ETC/HEC portal. Applicants are advised to regularly visit the ETC/HEC portal and the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training website for roll-number slips, test schedule, results, interview notices and other announcements.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, withhold appointment against any advertised post, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- A fee of Rs. 1,200/- shall be paid through the 1Link/1Bill invoice payment service using the generated consumer number. For positions of PPS-6 and below, the application fee will be Rs. 750/-.
- SMS will be sent to registered applicants for examination date, time and venue. Candidates are required to provide a valid email/mobile number while filling in their online application forms. SMS shall not be sent to mobile numbers converted/ported from one network to another.
- Candidates must get queries/complaints resolved before closure of the web registration portal. Queries/complaints handling beyond the registration deadline may not be entertained by the system due to logistics/security reasons.
