Executive Director

The Executive Director will lead the Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder, overseeing strategic planning, institutional governance, human resource management, financial and administrative management, programme/project management, stakeholder coordination and implementation of institutional policies.

Applicants for Executive Director must hold a Master's degree with 16 years of education in various fields, or a PhD/higher professional qualification, and possess significant leadership experience.

• Education: Master's degree (16 years of education) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Education/Educational Leadership, Special Education, Social Sciences, Public Health, Rehabilitation Sciences or closely relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution. A PhD or higher professional qualification and/or recognized training in autism, disability inclusion, special education, institutional governance, public sector management or health/rehabilitation management will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience, including at least 5 years in senior management/leadership position in an educational institution, special education/autism centre, health or rehabilitation institution, disability services organization, social-sector institution, public-sector/autonomous body or other comparable organization.
• Skills: Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, institutional governance, human resource management, financial and administrative management, programme/project management, stakeholder coordination and implementation of institutional policies.
