Detailed eligibility criteria for each position are outlined below:

Software Developer

Candidates for the Software Developer position must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology. A minimum of three years of professional development experience is required, along with a strong portfolio of portals, websites, or mobile applications.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology.
• Experience: At least 03 years of professional development experience, with a portfolio of portals, websites or mobile applications.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel (or equivalent), MySQL/PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Git and REST APIs. Flutter or React Native for mobile.
• Additional Skills: Secure coding, testing and deployment. Exposure to LLM APIs, RAG or vector databases will be a strong advantage.

Cyber Security Assistant

Applicants for the Cyber Security Assistant role should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in network and server administration with direct responsibility for security is essential.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
• Experience: At least 03 years of hands-on experience of network and server administration with direct responsibility for security.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration, virtualisation, backups, firewalls, VLANs, VPN and network monitoring tools.
• Additional Skills: Experience with web and application security, secure code review (OWASP Top 10), vulnerability scanning, log review and incident handling. Security+, CEH, CCNA Security or RHCSA will be preferred.

IT Associate

For the IT Associate position, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering. At least two years of experience in desktop and user support is required, with preference given to experience in a school or college environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
• Experience: At least 02 years of experience in desktop and user support. Experience in a school or college will be preferred.
• Skills: Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, hardware, printers, basic networking and audio-visual equipment.
• Additional Skills: Strong troubleshooting, service and record-keeping skills. CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent will be an added advantage.
