About Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist (Grade M-2)
Federal Government is hiring for the post of Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist (Grade M-2) (1 post).
This specialist will manage pharmaceutical and health commodity procurement and supply chain operations, including forecasting, warehousing, and distribution.
- Technical expertise in pharmaceutical and health commodity procurement and supply chain management including forecasting, quantification, warehousing, distribution, logistics operations.
- Working knowledge of donor and regulatory procurement requirements including Global Fund procurement/PSM policy and PPRA Rules and quality assurance standards for health commodities.
- Strong analytical, planning, coordination skills for supply chain risk monitoring, stock-out prevention, liaison across warehousing and programme teams.
Requirements for Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist (Grade M-2)
A Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist needs a Master's degree in Public Health, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain management within the health sector.
- Education: Master's degree in Public Health OR Procurement OR Supply Chain Management OR Logistics Management OR MPhil Pharmacy OR Business Administration OR Public Administration (HEC-recognized).
- Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant working experience in logistics, supply chain management of medicines and health products within a health-sector organization.
