About Manager HR (Grade M-1)
Federal Government is hiring for the post of Manager HR (Grade M-1) (1 post).
The HR Manager will be responsible for HR planning, recruitment, selection, and implementation of HR policies for donor-funded projects.
- HR planning, recruitment and selection management for donor-funded/project positions.
- Knowledge of Global Fund HR/administrative policy, Government of Pakistan HR service rules, labour law compliance.
- Performance management, staff capacity-building, HR policy implementation.
- Confidentiality, integrity, interpersonal and communication skills, sound judgment.
- HRIS/personnel record-keeping systems, MS Office, E-Office.
Requirements for Manager HR (Grade M-1)
The HR Manager position requires a Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with seven years of relevant HR management experience.
- Education: Master's degree (recognized by HEC) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field (HEC-recognized).
- Experience: Seven years of relevant HR management experience.
