Federal Government is hiring for the post of Deputy Advisor NRL (Grade M-1) (1 post).
The Deputy Advisor NRL will provide technical expertise in TB laboratory diagnostics and quality systems, along with analytical and data review skills.
- Technical expertise in TB laboratory diagnostics and quality systems/laboratory quality assurance/EQA participation.
- Strong analytical and data review skills for laboratory performance monitoring, surveillance data verification, troubleshooting diagnostic network bottlenecks.
- Effective stakeholder coordination and communication skills for liaising with reference laboratories, provincial programs, technical partners.
Requirements for Deputy Advisor NRL (Grade M-1)
The Deputy Advisor NRL must have an MBBS with MPhil (Pathology, Microbiology) or a Master's degree in Lab Technology or a related field, and at least seven years of experience in clinical laboratory diagnostics.
- Education: MBBS with MPhil (Pathology, Microbiology) or Master's degree (recognized by HEC) in Lab Technology OR Microbiology OR Public Health, or related field (HEC-recognized OR PMDC-recognized where applicable).
- Experience: Minimum seven years of relevant experience in infectious diseases clinical laboratory diagnostics, quality assurance, or laboratory network management.
