FPSC Results 2026 Check Online by Roll Number

Check your FPSC result on the official website, www.fpsc.gov.pk, under Results, then Merit Lists. Open the PDF for your case number and search your six-digit roll number. The list shows a remark: P means you passed the written part, F means you did not.

This page explains how to check your FPSC result by roll number, what the merit list shows, the recent FPSC results, and what happens after you pass.

FPSC is the federal commission. It recruits for federal government jobs across Pakistan. PPSC is the provincial commission for Punjab government jobs.

The two commissions have separate websites and separate result lists. FPSC results are on fpsc.gov.pk. PPSC results are on ppsc.gop.pk. A result from one commission never appears on the other’s website. Our PPSC result guide covers the provincial side.

FPSC publishes results as PDF merit lists, one per case number. There is no roll-number search box on the website. You open the PDF for your case and search inside it.

1. Open www.fpsc.gov.pk. Type the address yourself. Do not follow a result link from an SMS or a social media post.
2. Click the Results tab. Choose Merit Lists.
3. Find your case number. Your case number is on your admission certificate, for example F4-161-2026. Open the PDF with that case number.
4. Search your six-digit roll number. Press Ctrl + F on a computer, or use the search bar on your phone, and type your roll number.
5. Read the remark. P with a merit number means you passed the written part. F means you did not.
6. Save the PDF. Download the merit list and keep a copy. The list can be hard to find again once new results are uploaded.

For each candidate, the merit list shows five things: roll number, merit number, name, domicile and a remark. P means passed the written part of the test. F means failed it.

The result is prepared from the information in your online application and the roll numbers you filled on the OMR sheet. If any personal data in the result is wrong, report it to FPSC for correction within 15 days of the result being published on FPSC’s website.

These are the most recent FPSC results, checked on 4 November 2026. Your post’s result appears in the same Merit Lists section when it is announced.

Results for other Phase-III cases, and for papers moved from KP centres to November, come later. Check the Merit Lists section regularly; FPSC does not announce a fixed date in advance.

Shortlisting is by quota. A pass is not selection. Only the top merit candidates in each provincial or regional quota are shortlisted, if found eligible.

Watch for a document calling notice. Shortlisted candidates are called for interview in due course, through a document calling notice issued separately. Check the FPSC website regularly; do not wait for a letter in the post.

Submit your documents within 15 days. Shortlisted candidates submit attested copies of all required documents through registered post, courier or hand within 15 days of the list.

• Using the wrong website. The official FPSC site is fpsc.gov.pk. Some result sites write fpsc.gop.pk. That is not the FPSC site. Type fpsc.gov.pk yourself.
• Expecting a search box. FPSC merit lists are PDFs to scan. There is no roll-number or CNIC search box. Open your case-number PDF and press Ctrl + F.
• Thinking P means selected. P means you passed the written part. Only the top candidates in each quota are shortlisted for interview.
• Missing the 15-day correction window. If your name, roll number or domicile is wrong in the result, report it to FPSC within 15 days of publication.
• Paying anyone for your result. FPSC publishes results on its website only. A site or person asking for money to check or change your result is a scam. Our fake job ads guide explains how to spot one.
