Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate for the Unit Head Settlement position will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including:

• Ensuring timely handling of litigation matters, particularly criminal cases related to FIA, NAB, etc.
• Providing continuous supervision and scrutiny of recovery and settlement matters, court representation, and ongoing legal support to business and recovery functions across the Bank.
• Liaising effectively with local administration and law enforcement agencies.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards concerning infected portfolios, and staying updated on regulatory changes to amend policies accordingly.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Risk Management, IT, Legal, Business, and Operations to achieve goals related to infected portfolio recovery.
• Demonstrating sound knowledge of recovery procedures and regulations.
• Identifying and proposing opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency to enhance performance.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Unit Head Settlement position:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized Institute/University (National/International).
• Experience: A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Law enforcement agencies.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 55 years as of the closing date to apply.
