About Procurement & Contracts Specialist
Water and Sanitation Agency is hiring for the post of Procurement & Contracts Specialist (1 post) in Lahore.
The Procurement & Contracts Specialist will manage all procurement and contract-related activities for the Wastewater Treatment Plant project in Lahore.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans.
- Manage the tendering process, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines of international funding agencies (AFD).
- Administer contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements for Procurement & Contracts Specialist
Applicants for Procurement & Contracts Specialist must hold a B.Sc. in Civil / Mechanical / Public Health / Environmental Engineering or a Master's degree in Project Management / Economics / Finance / Commerce / Public Procurement / Contract Management, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
- Education: B.Sc. in Civil / Mechanical / Public Health / Environmental Engineering or equivalent from PEC recognized university / institute OR Masters in Project Management / Economics / Finance / Commerce / Public Procurement / Contract Management from HEC recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of professional experience of procurement/contract management in Public Sector including experience of carrying out procurement on Foreign funded / mega projects. Must have experience of management of FIDIC based contracts.
- Skills: Good communication and managerial skills.
