Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Project Director (PPS-12)

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil / Mechanical / Public Health / Environmental Engineering or equivalent from a PEC recognized university/institute. Foreign qualifications are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience in public health engineering, sewerage systems, or wastewater treatment plants in public or private sectors. This includes experience in project preparation and implementation for international funding agencies/banks.
• Skills: Strong communication and managerial skills are essential.
• Max Age: 62 years.

Infrastructure Specialist / Deputy Project Director (PPS-11)

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil from a PEC recognized university/institute. Foreign qualifications are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 11 years of professional experience in public health engineering, sewerage systems, or wastewater treatment plants in public or private sectors. This includes experience in project implementation for international funding agencies/banks.
• Skills: Good communication and managerial skills are required.
• Max Age: 55 years.

Procurement & Contracts Specialist (PPS-10)

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Civil / Mechanical / Public Health / Environmental Engineering or equivalent from a PEC recognized university/institute, OR Masters in Project Management / Economics / Finance / Commerce / Public Procurement / Contract Management from an HEC recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of professional experience in procurement/contract management in the public sector, including experience in foreign-funded/mega projects and management of FIDIC-based contracts.
• Skills: Good communication and managerial skills are required.
• Max Age: 55 years.

Environment & Social Specialist (PPS-10)

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Sciences from a PEC recognized university/institute.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of professional experience in sanitation, public health, or environment in public or private sectors, including experience with environmental & social safeguards for projects financed by international funding agencies/banks.
• Skills: Good communication and managerial skills are preferred.
• Max Age: 55 years.

Admin & Finance Specialist (PPS-10)

• Qualification: Master in Business / Finance, ACCA/CA Inter, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of professional experience in public or private sectors, including experience with projects of international funding agencies/banks.
• Skills: Good communication and managerial skills are preferred.
• Max Age: 55 years.

Mechanical Specialist (PPS-10)

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a PEC recognized university/institute.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of professional experience in public health engineering, sewerage systems, or wastewater treatment plants in public or private sectors.
• Skills: Good communication and managerial skills are required.
• Max Age: 55 years.

Electrical Specialist (PPS-10)

• Qualification: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a PEC recognized university/institute.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of professional experience in public health engineering, sewerage systems, or wastewater treatment plants in public or private sectors.
• Skills: Good communication and managerial skills are required.
• Max Age: 55 years.

Internal Auditor (PPS-9)

• Qualification: CA (Inter) / ACCA / CMA (Inter) or 16 years of education with a degree in Finance / Auditing / Accounting / Commerce or a relevant discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of professional experience in public or private sectors, including experience with projects of international funding agencies/banks. Relevant work experience in internal audit, internal controls, risk assessment, and fiduciary control is required. Preferably 3 years in similar projects/assignments.
• Skills: Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, strong IT, and data handling & analysis skills are advantageous.
• Max Age: 55 years.

Sub Engineer (PPS-7)

• Vacancies: 3 (1 Civil, 1 Electrical, 1 Mechanical)
• Qualification: DAE in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the public or private sector.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience, with a significant portion in water and sanitation projects.
• Skills: Good communication and managerial skills are preferred.
• Max Age: 45 years.

CAD/GIS Operator (PPS-5)

• Qualification: Associate’s Degree in GIS, Geography, CAD, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field in public or private sectors.
• Skills: Good communication and managerial skills are preferred.
• Max Age: 40 years.

Important Terms and Conditions

• All positions are purely on a contract basis.
• The age of the candidate will be calculated from the date of birth mentioned in the Matriculation / O-Levels Equivalence Certificate.
• Selected candidates will not have any right for regular appointment against these posts.
• In case the secondary school certificate does not bear the date of birth, the same shall be calculated from CNIC / Birth Certificate.
• Degrees/Qualifications must be recognized by HEC Pakistan.
• Registration from PEC is mandatory where applicable.
• Employees of Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and will be required to present NOC from the competent Authority at the time of the interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.
• The decision of the Selection Committee will be final and not challengeable in any Court of Law.
