Internal Auditor

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting internal audits and ensuring financial integrity and compliance for the Wastewater Treatment Plant project in Lahore.

• Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate risk management processes and compliance with policies.
• Prepare audit reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure adherence to fiduciary control and international funding agency guidelines.

Applicants for Internal Auditor must hold CA (Inter) / ACCA / CMA (Inter) or a 16-year degree in Finance / Auditing / Accounting / Commerce, with a minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in internal audit.

• Education: CA (Inter) / ACCA / CMA (Inter) or 16 years of education with a degree in Finance / Auditing / Accounting / Commerce or a relevant discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years professional experience in Public or Private Sector including experience of working on projects of international funding agencies / banks. Qualification and relevant work experience in matters related to internal audit, internal controls, risk assessment, fiduciary control etc. A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience related to internal audit, internal controls, risk assessment, fiduciary control etc. Preferably 3 years of experience of working in similar projects/assignments, in similar capacity and in organizations with comparable conditions.
• Skills: Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills and strong IT and data handling & analysis skills would be considered an advantage.
