About Director (Planning & Development)
University of Kamalia is hiring for the post of Director (Planning & Development) (1 post) in Kamalia.
The Director (Planning & Development) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning and development initiatives of the University of Kamalia, on a regular basis.
Requirements for Director (Planning & Development)
Applicants for Director (Planning & Development) must possess a Ph.D., MS/M.Phil., or Master's/BS degree with extensive post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Education & Experience:
- (i) Ph.D. in Economics or Engineering or Management Sciences or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university; AND eight years' post-qualification experience in the relevant field; OR
- (ii) MS or M.Phil. in Economics or Engineering or Management Sciences or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university; AND ten years' post-qualification experience in the relevant field; OR
- (iii) Master's degree or BS (four years) (second division) in Economics or Engineering or Management Sciences or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university; AND twelve years' post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

- Deposit the application fee challan: Rs. 4000/- for BS 19 to BS 21, Rs. 2,500/- for BS 18 & BS 17, and Rs. 500/- for BS-01 to BS-10. The fee must be deposited on or before September 25, 2026 (Friday).
- Fees can be paid via any 1 Link member bank’s ATM, mobile banking platform, internet banking, or over-the-counter at 1 Link member bank branches.
- Submit a signed hardcopy/printout of the pre-filled online application form THROUGH COURIER. This must include two (02) recent passport size photographs, attested copies of CNIC, domicile, all educational documents (transcripts & certificates), and experience certificates. The hard copy must reach the Office of the Registrar, University of Kamalia, adjacent to City Police Station, Rajana-Chichawatni Road, Kamalia, District Toba Tek Singh, on or before September 28, 2026 (Monday) .
- Application forms must be filled carefully as no editing will be allowed after submission.
- Candidates applying for Professor & Associate Professor posts must also submit a soft copy of the complete online application form along with attested copies of degrees/certificates/testimonials, a photograph (1×1), and a complete record of research publications (in full) in a PDF file on a USB, in addition to the hard copy.
- Applications submitted without a deposited system-generated fee challan will not be entertained. Deposited amounts are non-refundable/non-transferable.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with necessary documents for each post.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date (even if dispatched through courier) will not be accepted.
- For non-teaching posts, only applicants with Punjab domicile will be entertained.
