- Ten years' teaching or research experience from a postgraduate institute/university recognized by HEC or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization; OR
- Five years' post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience from a postgraduate institute/university recognized by HEC or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization.
- Publications: Ten research publications in HEC-recognized journals, with at least four publications within the last five years.

- Fees can be paid via any 1 Link member bank’s ATM, mobile banking platform, internet banking, or over-the-counter at 1 Link member bank branches.
- Submit a signed hardcopy/printout of the pre-filled online application form THROUGH COURIER. This must include two (02) recent passport size photographs, attested copies of CNIC, domicile, all educational documents (transcripts & certificates), and experience certificates. The hard copy must reach the Office of the Registrar, University of Kamalia, adjacent to City Police Station, Rajana-Chichawatni Road, Kamalia, District Toba Tek Singh, on or before September 28, 2026 (Monday) .
- Application forms must be filled carefully as no editing will be allowed after submission.
- Candidates applying for Professor & Associate Professor posts must also submit a soft copy of the complete online application form along with attested copies of degrees/certificates/testimonials, a photograph (1×1), and a complete record of research publications (in full) in a PDF file on a USB, in addition to the hard copy.
- Applications submitted without a deposited system-generated fee challan will not be entertained. Deposited amounts are non-refundable/non-transferable.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with necessary documents for each post.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date (even if dispatched through courier) will not be accepted.
- For non-teaching posts, only applicants with Punjab domicile will be entertained.
