The University of Gujrat is seeking to fill the following Lecturer positions:

Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants for all Lecturer positions must meet the following general eligibility criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: A Master’s degree (MS or M.Phil.) with a first division in the relevant subject from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) is required.
• Academic Record: Candidates must not have a third division in their academic career. However, this condition may not be applicable in case of higher qualifications.

Important Instructions

• Applications that are incomplete or contain incorrect information will be rejected.
• Submission of both the online application and the hard copy is mandatory for all applicants.
• Employees currently serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel and attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.
• All claimed experience must be duly verified and attested. Experience gained on daily wages, part-time, visiting, honorary, adjunct, or apprentice basis will not be considered.
• Candidates whose academic results are still awaited are not eligible to apply.
• Applicants with foreign degrees must provide an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or Inter Boards Chairman Committee (IBCC), as applicable.
• The University will not be responsible for any postal delays.
• No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for tests or interviews.
• The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts or to cancel the advertisement at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Selected candidates may be posted at any campus of the University.
