Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Sanitary Worker / Cleaner positions must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a resident and domicile holder of District Gujrat.
• Must be medically and physically fit for the job.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in sanitation and cleanliness work in a hospital environment.
• The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• These appointments are purely on a temporary basis for 89 days, through the Health Council, and do not guarantee permanent employment.
• Appointments will be made strictly on merit, according to the prevailing policies and instructions of the Government of Punjab.
• Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications will not be considered.
• No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• Any false information or forged documents found at any stage will lead to the cancellation of the application/appointment.
• Salaries will be paid as per the government’s prescribed rates and through cross-check or bank account.
• Selected staff will be bound to perform duties related to hospital cleanliness and other tasks assigned by the administration as per requirement.
• Selected candidates must register on the hospital’s biometric system and ensure daily attendance.
• Salary payments will only be processed through the biometric system. Continuous absence for two days without leave will result in termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee may be terminated without prior notice.
