• Regional Business Heads – Branch Banking Division (CBG) (Grade: Band-5 / Band-3)

Post-Wise Responsibilities

As a Regional Business Head / Officer in the Branch Banking Division (CBG), the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Achieving CA, SA, and total deposit targets, along with other revenue and cross-functional targets set for the region.
• Collaborating with all business units to identify prospective customers, enhance sales opportunities, and mobilize deposits.
• Enhancing and optimizing productivity at all levels, enforcing a compliance culture, and ensuring quality customer services.
• Ensuring adherence to SBP regulations, Bank’s policies, procedures, and risk guidelines.
• Building a succession pipeline and ensuring high team engagement.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates interested in the Regional Business Heads position must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification: A minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized University or a Foreign University.
• Experience: Minimum of 09 to 12 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates with more than 03 years of banking experience in a similar role.
• Age: Not more than 55 years as of the application date.
