Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must be medically and physically fit.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in hospital cleaning.
• Candidates must be residents of District Faisalabad and possess the relevant domicile.
• The age limit for applicants is 50 years or less.

Important Instructions

• The appointment is purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council and does not confer any right to permanent employment or appointment against a sanctioned post.
• Recruitment will be strictly on merit, in accordance with the policies and instructions of the Punjab Government.
• Applications received after the specified deadline or incomplete applications will not be considered.
• The competent selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process as per rules.
• Selected candidates will be assigned duties in the concerned hospital/institution as per requirements.
• No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• If any information or document provided by the candidate is found to be false or fake at any stage, their application or appointment will be cancelled.
• Salary/remuneration will be disbursed only through a cross-check or bank account, as per the government’s prescribed rates and approved methods.
• Selected staff must register their daily attendance using the hospital’s biometric system. Salary payments will be linked to this system.
• Absence for two consecutive days without biometric attendance will lead to termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be terminated without prior notice.
