PRMSC is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions:

Chief Operating Officer (Operations) (COO) – PPS-11

The Chief Operating Officer (Operations) will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the company’s projects. This role requires strategic leadership and extensive experience in managing large-scale development initiatives.

• Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration/Public Administration/Public Policy/BSc. Engineering with a Master’s in Business Administration.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in public administration, project management, public sector governance, infrastructure development, and engineering-related projects. At least 5 years of this experience should be in similar projects/assignments. For BSc Engineering degree holders, general experience will be counted from the date of degree completion.

Sr. Manager Procurement – PPS-10

The Sr. Manager Procurement will manage all procurement and contracts-related activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and project requirements.

• Qualification: Master’s degree in Procurement & Contracts Management/Business Administration/Project Management or BSc Engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in procurement and bids administration, with at least 4 years in similar projects/assignments.

GIS Specialist – PPS-09

The GIS Specialist will be responsible for GIS mapping, MIS, and database administration to support project operations and data management.

• Qualification: Master’s degree in GIS/Space Sciences.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in GIS mapping, MIS, and database administration, with at least 4 years in similar projects/assignments.

Assistant Manager Programming – PPS-07

The Assistant Manager Programming will contribute to computer programming and ICT-related tasks, supporting the technical needs of the project.

• Qualification: BS/BSC Computer Science/IT/MIS.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in computer programming and ICT.
