1. Senior Manager (Operations & Business Management)

The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations and business management functions within the organization, contributing to institutional strengthening and project performance.

• Vacancies: 1
• Age Limit: Up to 60 Years
• Qualification: At least a sixteen years degree in Economics, Public Administration, Development Economics or Business Economics. A higher degree in the aforementioned disciplines will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in operations & management, institutional strengthening, project development and appraisals, financial oversight, project & performance management, monitoring and evaluation with government-funded and donor-funded projects undertaken by government organizations and public sector companies. Working experience with public sector companies with aforementioned experience will be an added advantage.

2. Project Executive (Silage Project)

The Project Executive will manage the Silage Project, focusing on mechanized silage production and fodder management.

• Vacancies: 1
• Age Limit: Up to 60 Years
• Qualification: At least a sixteen years degree in Agriculture. A higher degree in the aforementioned disciplines will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience, including at least 08 years in mechanized silage production, fodder management, and farm operations in reputed private, multinational, or semi-government organizations. Working experience with public sector companies with aforementioned experience will be an added advantage.

3. Manager (Agriculture)

The Manager (Agriculture) will be involved in crop planning, fodder production, and overall agricultural operations.

• Qualification: At least a sixteen years degree in Agriculture. A higher degree in the aforementioned disciplines will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years’ experience in crop planning, fodder production, irrigation management, mechanized farming, soil fertility management, and large-scale agricultural operations. Working experience with public sector companies with aforementioned experience will be an added advantage.

4. Dairy Manager

The Dairy Manager will oversee dairy herd management, reproductive management, and farm biosecurity.

• Qualification: DVM. A higher degree in Animal Breeding & Genetics / Animal Nutrition will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years’ experience in dairy herd management, reproductive management, vaccination protocols, disease control, milk production optimization, and farm biosecurity in large commercial or institutional farms. Working experience with public sector companies with aforementioned experience will be an added advantage.

5. Admin (Manager & Security)

The Admin (Manager & Security) will handle administrative tasks and ensure security protocols are followed.
