Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following essential pre-requisites and preferred criteria:

Essential Pre-requisites:

• Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2nd division.
• Age Limit: Upper age limit is up to 45 years.

Preferred Experience & Credentials:

• Teaching experience in a well-reputed educational institution.
• Good English Communication Skills and Socio-affective Skills.
• Well-groomed personality with a progressive disposition.

Post-Wise Qualification / Experience Details:

Islamic Studies Teacher:

• Education: 16 years education, including Master’s degree, BS, or BA (Hons) in Islamiat, Islamic Studies, or Shahadat ul Alamia from Wafaq Ul Madaris / Tanzeem ul Madaris. A minimum 2nd division is required. If CGPA is prescribed, 2.50 (out of 4) or 3.50 (out of 5) will be acceptable.
• Additional Qualification: M.Ed. / B.Ed. qualification will be given due advantage.
• Preferred Skills: Courses in Islamiat and Arabic will be given due advantage.

Pak Studies Teacher:

• Education: 16 years education, including Master’s degree, BS, BSc (Hons), or BA (Hons) in History, Social Studies, Pakistan Studies, International Relations, or Political Science from an HEC recognized institution. A minimum 2nd division is required. If CGPA is prescribed, 2.50 (out of 4) or 3.50 (out of 5) will be acceptable.
• Additional Qualification: M.Ed. / B.Ed. qualification will be given due advantage.

Urdu Teacher:

• Education: 16 years education, including Master’s degree, BS, or BA (Hons) in Urdu from an HEC recognized institution. A minimum 2nd division is required. If CGPA is prescribed, 2.50 (out of 4) or 3.50 (out of 5) will be acceptable.
• Additional Qualification: M.Ed. / B.Ed. qualification will be given due advantage.
• Skills: Sound knowledge of Urdu grammar and composition, excellent Urdu writing and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on flawless pronunciation, and ability to creative writing and mastery of literary genres.

Important Instructions

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. The date for the written test or any other test will be announced later, if required.
• After the test, only shortlisted/selected candidates will be called for an interview.
• All appointments will be on a contract basis.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates shortlisted for test/interview.
• Applications containing false information will result in termination of candidature or employment at any stage.
• Applicants convicted by any court of law are not eligible to apply.
• Selected candidates may be transferred/posted to any Centre of Excellence School located in Punjab Province.
• All selected applicants will be required to submit medical certificate(s) and a police clearance certificate.
