Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Deputy Manager (Regulatory Affairs) MIRAD position must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Law, or Management Sciences from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of total experience is required, with at least 3 years specifically in the power sector. Preference will be given to candidates with experience directly relevant to regulatory affairs, bilateral contracts, bidding processes, and knowledge of competitive electricity markets.
• Age Limit: Applicants must not be older than 40 years as of the application deadline.
• Citizenship: The applicant must be a citizen of Pakistan.

• All appointments will be made purely on a contractual basis, adhering to the applicable PESCO Contractual Employees Policy, organizational requirements, and approval from the Competent Authority.
• Only shortlisted candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria will be called for an interview.
