1. Eligible candidates are required to submit their applications online through the official NDMA website: https://www.ndma.gov.pk/careers . Ensure the application is duly completed in all respects.
2. The application must be submitted online within 15 days of the publication date of this advertisement.
3. Incomplete or misleading information provided in the application will result in immediate disqualification at any stage of the recruitment process.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test/interview, as deemed appropriate by the authority.
5. Shortlisted candidates will need to present their original documents along with attested photocopies, verified by HEC, at the time of the interview. Original documents must be submitted to NDMA upon successful hiring.
6. A lump-sum monthly package will be offered to successful candidates, determined by their domain skills and relevant experience.
7. Applications received after the specified due date will not be entertained.
8. The management reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts advertised.
9. The Management also reserves the right to reject any or all applications without providing any reason, or to cancel the recruitment process/advertisement partially or entirely at any stage.
10. No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
11. All selected candidates will be required to serve for a minimum period of 18 months as a departmental mandatory requirement.
