Senior Officer – MIS (OG-III / OG-II)

The Senior Officer – MIS will be responsible for managing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) databases and reporting functions within the Human Resources department on a contractual basis.

• Maintain and update MIS databases on a daily basis, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information.
• Compile and consolidate data received from concerned departments/officials for MIS reporting.
• Reconcile MIS records with source records and identify/rectify discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards, analytical reports, and management information statements for management review and decision-making.
• Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports on pending, active, reviewed, and completed matters.
• Maintain real-time inward/outward entries and ensure proper tracking of official correspondence and records.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and systematic maintenance of MIS data.
• Utilize MS Excel, MS Access, and SAP for data analysis, database management, reporting, and extraction of management information.
• Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor.

Applicants for Senior Officer – MIS must hold a minimum graduation degree with at least 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in the financial sector. A Bachelor's degree in IT is preferred.

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college recognized by HEC. Candidates having a Bachelor's degree in IT will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 01 year of work experience in Human Resources. Experience in similar roles within the financial sector is preferred.
• Skills: Good communication/interpersonal skills, effective team player, service-oriented, knowledge of MS Office applications, and understanding of HR functions.
