Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the specific educational and skill requirements for each post:
- Computer Operator: Intermediate pass with a Computer (Shorthand) diploma from TEVTA or another recognized institute. Minimum shorthand speed of 64 WPM, English typing speed of 30 WPM, and Urdu typing speed of 29 WPM. Preference will be given to experienced individuals.
- Agricultural Operator: Intermediate pass.
- Usher: Intermediate pass.
- Gardener: Primary pass, physically fit, and proficient in gardening work. Preference will be given to experienced individuals.
- Naib Qasid: Primary pass, physically fit, and knowledgeable in office work. Preference will be given to experienced individuals.
Important Instructions
- All appointments will be made in accordance with the Punjab Market Committees Regulations 2028.
- Initial appointments will be for 75 days on a contingent basis, as approved by the Government of Punjab. These appointments are temporary and do not grant any right to permanent employment.
- Selection will be based purely on merit, following the recruitment policy and contingent staff policy of the Market Committee.
- Contingent staff may be hired as needed during the financial year.
- Selected candidates may be posted anywhere within the jurisdiction of the Market Committee Mandi Bahauddin.
- Salaries will be paid according to the prescribed government rates.
- Contingent staff will not be granted any type of leave.
- The competent authority reserves the right to terminate the services of contingent staff at any time without prior notice.
