The Electric Inspectorate Sukkur Region is looking to fill the following positions:

Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following educational and other criteria for each post:

Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• Graduation (Second Division) from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
• OR A 06-month certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Service Board.

Data Processing Assistant (BPS-12)

• Bachelor’s Degree (Second Division) in Computer Science / IT from an HEC recognized university (or equivalent CGPA).
• OR Graduation (Second Division) from an HEC recognized university (or equivalent CGPA) with a Diploma in Computer Science / IT.

Important Instructions

• Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks. A valid STS certificate is required.
• The age of applicants will be calculated as of the last date for submission of applications. A general age relaxation of 5 years will be granted as per the Government of Sindh’s S&GAD Notification No. SOII(SGA&D)564/2011(Part-II) dated 06.03.2025.
• Initial appointments will adhere to the quota reserved as per the laws, rules, and policies of the Government of Sindh.
• Government employees or those already working in semi-government organizations must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments and present it at the time of the interview.
• Appointments will be made under the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and its rules, as amended from time to time.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview by the Departmental Selection Committee as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
