Eligibility and Qualifications

Call Centre Supervisor / Feedback System Manager

Applicants for Call Centre Supervisor / Feedback System Manager must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification: Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in client feedback mechanisms, call centre setup and operations, or social research.
• Skills: Fluency in Pashto and English is required (preferred).

Data Specialist / Dashboard Developer

Candidates for Data Specialist / Dashboard Developer should possess:

• Qualification: Degree in Statistics, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in database development, online data collection platforms, dashboard design and visualization, and quantitative/qualitative analysis.
• Skills: Knowledge of the local context will be preferred.

Phone Agents

For Phone Agents, the requirements are:

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in telephone-based data collection, customer service, or social research interviewing.
• Skills: Fluency in Pashto with basic English communication skills.

Enumerators

Enumerators must fulfill the following conditions:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or any Health-related field.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in health-related surveys.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills and command of Urdu and Pashto, with the ability to conduct interviews and use digital data collection platforms on Android tablets.
