KSEW is looking to fill the following positions:

Eligibility and Qualifications

Movement Control Officer / Pilot

Applicants for Movement Control Officer / Pilot must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Graduation / DAE / Intermediate or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 08-10 years of experience for Graduates and 10-15 years for DAE / Intermediate in Tugging, Dry movement of vessels alongside berths/jetties, Horizontal movement of vessels to and from Docks, Towing & Mooring of vessels.
• Other: MMD Certified candidates will be given preference.

Supervisor (Berth)

Candidates for Supervisor (Berth) should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: B.Tech / DAE (Mechanical) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in Dimension Control/Surveying, preferably in shipbuilding or heavy structural fabrication.
• Skills: Sound practical knowledge and hands-on experience in Total Station Operation, dimensional measurement, alignment, positioning and inspection of large structural assemblies.
• Other: Candidates having relevant experience in shipbuilding/ship structure fabrication will be preferred.

Technical Assistant

For the Technical Assistant position, applicants are required to have:

• Education: DAE (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in shipbuilding / heavy engineering / manufacturing industry.
• Skills: Experience in preparation of indents (Purchase Requisitions), part creation and part list preparation in ERP/IFS systems. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications with good knowledge of MS Office and ERP / IFS applications will be preferred.

Office Assistant

Prospective candidates for Office Assistant must fulfill these requirements:

• Education: Graduation from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: At least 03 years of experience in office administration, record keeping and correspondence.
• Skills: Knowledge of filing systems, document management and office procedures with proficiency in MS Office and ERP / IFS applications will be preferred.

General Fitter

Applicants for General Fitter should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Middle / Matric.
• Experience: Minimum 02-03 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Other: Candidates having a relevant trade course will be preferred.
