Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants for the Janitorial Staff (Sanitary Worker / Cleaner) position must meet the following criteria:

• Domicile: Must be a resident of Multan District.
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hospital cleaning and sanitation work.
• Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• The appointments are purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through a health council and do not confer any right to permanent employment or a sanctioned post.
• Recruitment will be based on merit, following the policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be posted in relevant hospitals/institutions as per requirement and will be responsible for assigned duties.
• No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview or selection process.
• Selected candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• If any information or documents provided by the candidate are found to be false or fake at any stage, the application/appointment will be cancelled.
• Salary/remuneration will be paid through cross-check or bank account as per the government’s prescribed rate and approved method.
• Selected staff will be bound to perform duties related to hospital cleanliness and other tasks assigned by the administration as per requirement.
• Daily attendance through the hospital’s biometric system is mandatory for selected candidates.
• Salary payment will only be linked to the biometric system. Absence for two consecutive days without biometric attendance will result in termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee may be terminated from service without prior notice.
