Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for BPS-12 positions (CT Radiology, CT Dental, CT Pharmacy, CT Pathology, CT Cardiology, PHC Technician MCH, PHC Technician MP) must possess at least a 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate in Science from a recognized board. Additionally, they must have a two-year Diploma in the relevant Paramedical Technology from a recognized KP Medical Faculty Peshawar. For PHC Technician MCH, a Midwifery diploma from a recognized Nursing Examination Board with valid registration from the Pakistan Nursing Council (LHC) is required.

For the EPI Technician (BPS-06) position, applicants need at least a 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate in Science from a recognized board and a two-year Diploma in the relevant Paramedical Technology (EPI Technology) from a recognized Medical Faculty or an FSC Medical Technology qualification in the relevant field from a recognized board.

Important Instructions

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test, but detailed scrutiny will be carried out later. Ineligible candidates will be disqualified.
All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before applying.
Interview call letters will only be issued to shortlisted candidates.
Screening will be based on tests conducted by ETEA.
Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
Candidates working in government/semi-government bodies must apply through the proper channel.
Applicants intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application or modify the number of posts.
Providing false information will lead to automatic exclusion from the recruitment process.
All relevant information will be displayed on the Notice Board of the DHO Lower Kohistan.
Shortlisted candidates must provide attested photocopies of documents for scrutiny and bring original documents along with CNIC and attested photocopies at the time of the interview.
A 10% quota is reserved for female candidates, 2% for disabled persons, and 5% for minorities.
No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews.
For foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.

How to Apply

Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to apply online for the desired posts.
After successfully submitting the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated. This slip will contain your token number, project code, and personal information.
Print out the generated deposit slip and deposit the non-refundable prescribed test fee through One Link.
After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s stamp. Do not share it with anyone else.
Do not send any documents or testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. These documents will be required from candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when requested by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny.
The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from October 26, 2026.
The last date for submission of online applications is November 26, 2026.
Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk . Ensure your mobile number is ported/converted.
Test Date, Time, and Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
No separate call letters will be issued for the screening test; information will be conveyed through postal/courier means.
