About Legal Advisor
Competition Commission of Pakistan is hiring for the post of Legal Advisor (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support to the Competition Commission of Pakistan on regulatory, corporate, and administrative matters.
- Provide legal advice and support to the Commission on regulatory, corporate, and administrative matters.
- Conduct extensive legal research, review policies and procedures, identify applicable case law.
- Draft legal documents, prepare internal office memoranda and case briefs.
- Assist in achieving the Commission's objectives.
- Work under pressure, meet short deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Requirements for Legal Advisor
Applicants for Legal Advisor must hold an LL.B. or equivalent degree in Law with 7 years of relevant experience.
- Education: LL.B. or an equivalent degree in Law from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: 7 years post-qualification experience.
- Age Limit: 35 Years.
