About Assistant Director (Legal) CCP Grade-5
Competition Commission of Pakistan is hiring for the post of Assistant Director (Legal) CCP Grade-5 (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Assistant Director (Legal) will assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents and liaising with various stakeholders on complex legal matters for the Competition Commission of Pakistan.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, MoUs, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Prepare legal documents including complaints, legal opinions, and conduct thorough legal research.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, external counsel, regulatory bodies, and government agencies on complex legal matters.
- Assist in the interpretation and implementation of relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the Commission in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations with stakeholders.
Requirements for Assistant Director (Legal) CCP Grade-5
Applicants for Assistant Director (Legal) must hold an LL.B. or equivalent degree in Law with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Education: LL.B. or an equivalent degree in Law from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Age Limit: 30 Years.
