Competition Commission of Pakistan is hiring for the post of Assistant Director (Exemptions) CCP Grade-5 (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Assistant Director (Exemptions) will be responsible for understanding and applying Competition Law, analyzing exemption requests, and maintaining records for the Competition Commission of Pakistan.
- Possess a thorough understanding of Competition Law and related regulations.
- Analyze exemption requests and conduct assessments.
- Maintain and update office records, case documentation, and evidence gathered from various sources and mediums.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of regulatory frameworks, particularly concerning exemptions.
- Experience in regulatory bodies will be given preference.
Requirements for Assistant Director (Exemptions) CCP Grade-5
Applicants for Assistant Director (Exemptions) must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law/Economics/Finance or ACCA/ACMA, with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Law, Economics, or Finance from an HEC-recognized institution OR ACCA/ACMA or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years (N/A in case of ACCA/ACMA).
- Age Limit: 30 Years.
