Academic Qualification:

• Graduate from a HEC-recognised university, preferably in Data Sciences, Economics, Computer Sciences or Statistics.

Experience:

• At least 5 years related to Business Intelligence, Digital Data Mining, Reports, Automation and Insights.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Group performance reporting by consolidating data across digital channels into a single, reliable view.
• Advise the Chief Digital Officer with insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor the KPI Framework and support the adoption of digital analytics tools.
• Manage recurring performance reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
• Turn digital data into actionable insights to drive growth, optimize costs, improve retention, and support informed decision-making.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
• Partner with Finance and business teams to align digital KPIs with bank-wide reporting standards.

Core Competencies

• Strong financial and analytical skills, linking digital performance to business outcomes.
• Proficient in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) with SQL knowledge; Python or automation experience is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, translating data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of Islamic banking and its products.
