About Manager (BIC)
Abbottabad Universty of Science and Technology is hiring for the post of Manager (BIC) (1 post) in Abbottabad.
The Manager (BIC) will be responsible for leading, managing, and scaling the university's Business Incubation Center (BIC) in accordance with the HEC & BIC Policy. This role is crucial for fostering an innovation ecosystem within the campus.
- Lead, manage, and scale the university's Business Incubation Center (BIC) as per HEC & BIC Policy.
- Foster a campus-wide innovation ecosystem.
- Commercialize academic research initiatives.
- Drive strategic industrial partnerships.
- Ensure strict data compliance with HEC annual performance scorecard parameters.
Eligibility and requirements
Applicants for Manager (BIC) must hold an MS/M.Phil degree (18 years of education) in Business Administration with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Education: MS/M.Phil (18 years education) in Business Administration from HEC recognized institute/universities.
- CGPA: Minimum 3.00 CGPA.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience.

- Submission: The original deposit slip/Bank Draft must be attached with the duly completed application form and all supporting documents.
- Deadline: The complete application package must reach the office of the undersigned on or before October 23, 2026 .
