PPSC Written Result 2026 Check Online

The PPSC written result is the first checkpoint in the selection process. It lists the roll numbers that passed the written test and move to the interview or a typing test. Check it on the official website, www.ppsc.gop.pk, under Results, then Written Results.

This page explains what the written result shows, how to check it by roll number, the recent written results, and what happens if you qualified or did not.

The written result comes after PPSC evaluates your MCQ or subjective paper. It is the first major checkpoint. Only the candidates in this list move forward to the next stage.

A written result is published as a PDF notice for one post at a time. It lists the qualified candidates in ascending roll-number order. PPSC does not announce all written results on one date; each post has its own result date.

The written result is not the final result. After it come the interview or a typing test, and then the final merit list. Our PPSC result guide covers all four stages together.

Keep your roll number ready. The written result notice lists roll numbers first, so a roll-number search is the fastest way to check.

1. Open www.ppsc.gop.pk. Type the address yourself. Do not follow a result link from an SMS or a social media post.
2. Click the Results tab. Choose Written Results.
3. Find your post. Locate your post title or case number in the list and open its PDF notice.
4. Search your roll number. Press Ctrl + F on a computer, or use the search bar on your phone, and type your roll number.
5. Save the PDF. Download the notice and keep a copy. The list can be hard to find again once new results are uploaded.

For each qualified candidate, the notice shows four things: roll number, diary number, candidate name and father’s name. Search by roll number first. Name searches fail when the spelling in the list differs from yours.

The notice states that it is issued as a notice only, and that errors and omissions will be considered if any. An entry in the written result does not by itself give any right or claim to final selection. Final selection comes only after the interview and the final merit list.

Written tests generally require at least 50% marks to qualify. The exact rule is in your post’s advertisement, so check it there.

These written results were published most recently, checked on 4 November 2026. Your post’s result appears in the same Written Results list when it is announced.

The PMS written result is another recent example. The Combined Competitive Examination 2025 written exam ran from 24 April to 11 May 2026, and its written result was announced on 14 September 2026, Case No. 36-RC/2025, with 344 candidates provisionally qualified for the psychological assessment and interview for 119 BS-17 posts. Its final result is not out yet, because the interviews are still to come.

You move to the interview or a typing test. The written result decides the next stage. Some posts go to an interview; others, such as Junior Clerk and Stenographer, go to a typing or proficiency test first.

Call-up letters are uploaded on the PPSC website. PPSC uploads the call-up letters as per the approved schedule, and candidates are also informed through SMS and Email. Check the website regularly; do not wait for a letter in the post.

Download your DMC within 30 days. Your detailed marks certificate is available about 3 days after the result and stays online for 30 days only. Our PPSC result guide explains the six DMC types and how to download yours.

Download your provisional result intimation card. Candidates who did not qualify can download it through the Single Paper DMC button on the PPSC website after 3 days. The cards stay online for 30 days.

Apply for rechecking within 7 days. If you want your paper rechecked, apply with the original online deposit receipt of Rs 200 as rechecking fee, within 7 days of the declaration of the result. After 7 days, rechecking is not accepted.

Do not pay anyone to change your result. No agent can add your roll number to a merit list. A site or person asking for money to check or change your result is a scam. Our fake job ads guide explains how to spot one.

• Checking the wrong PPSC. Pakistan PPSC is ppsc.gop.pk. The Indian Punjab commission is ppsc.gov.in, a different body in Patiala. Many result sites mix the two up. Type ppsc.gop.pk yourself.
• Searching by name only. The notice lists roll numbers first. Search by roll number; a name search fails when the spelling differs.
• Opening the wrong post’s PDF. Make sure the case number matches your own post. A roll number from another post will not be in it.
• Missing the rechecking deadline. Rechecking closes 7 days after the result. Mark the date when the result is announced.
• Waiting for the DMC. The DMC leaves the website after 30 days. Download it as soon as it appears, about 3 days after the result.
