Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Branch Manager position must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, out of which at least 1 year must be as a Branch Manager.
• Age Limit: Maximum age limit of 45 years as on the closing date of application.
• Placement Preference: Each candidate must specify 3 cities/towns for placement, one of which they must have been posted in a previous assignment.
• Remuneration: Market competitive remuneration will be offered.

Responsibilities

The selected Branch Manager will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

• Deposit Mobilization.
• Agri. credit expansion.
• Recovery of Regular and Non-performing loans.
• Supervising the Services/Operations.
• Ensuring EKYC & Regulatory Compliance.
