The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) has announced job opportunities for the position of Naib Qasid. These positions are available on a regular basis within the office of CE/PD Dargai Rehabilitation Project. Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Naib Qasid position must fulfill the following requirements:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed Matric.
• Age Limit: The age of candidates should be between 18 and 30 years.
• Domicile: Only local domiciled candidates from District Malakand are eligible to apply as per the specified quota.

Age Relaxation:

• A general age relaxation of 05 years is already included in the age limit.
• An additional 03 years age relaxation is admissible for candidates belonging to Minorities.
• Upper age limit is relaxable up to 10 years for Government / WAPDA employees with 02 years of continuous regular service.
• Employees of WAPDA working on daily wages/contingent/Budget Estimate are granted special age relaxation equal to their years of service in WAPDA (e.g., 30 years service + 05 years service in WAPDA makes eligibility age 35 years).
• Age relaxation will only be admissible in one category.
• Age will be calculated as on the closing date of submission of applications.

Important Instructions

• A written test will be conducted by M/s Central Testing Services (CTS), followed by an interview conducted by WAPDA.
• Candidates already serving in WAPDA must apply for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective formation before the closing date of the advertisement.
• Original documents must be presented by the candidates at the time of the interview.
• The initial appointment will be on probation for a period of 01 year, with regularization subject to satisfactory performance. Services may be dispensed with without notice in case of unsatisfactory work or conduct during probation.
• Applications carrying incomplete/incorrect information or received after the last date will be rejected.
• Any information found bogus at any stage will result in termination of service.
• WAPDA reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. The number of posts can be decreased or increased.
• Candidates will be informed by CTS via text message for downloading roll number slips. Applicants are advised to regularly check the CTS website (www.ctspak.com) for important announcements regarding roll number slips, written test schedules, and results.
• Applications submitted by hand or received after the due date will not be entertained.
