Important Instructions
- The responsibility for the authenticity of all submitted documents rests solely with the applicant. Any incorrect or false information will lead to disqualification.
- Candidates dismissed or terminated from service by any government or autonomous body are not eligible to apply.
- Experience gained on a daily basis, part-time, honorary, or apprenticeship will not be considered.
- Experience from private entities will only be accepted if the entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory authority.
- Age relaxation will be granted as per Government/University rules.
- Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- The University reserves the right to not fill any post or withdraw the advertisement without assigning any reason.
- All recruitments are purely on a contract and project basis. Posts will be abolished upon project completion, and selected candidates will have no right to claim regular appointment.
How to Apply for University of Narowal Announces Director, Management & Support Staff Jobs 2026
- 1 Complete and submit the online application form available on the University of Narowal Job Portal at www.uon.edu.pk by September 7, 2026 .
- 2 After submitting the online application, print the duly filled form.
- 3 For the post of Professor, applicants must submit six (06) sets of the completed online application form along with attested copies of all degrees/certificates, transcripts/DMCs, attested/verified experience certificates, updated CV, NOC (if applicable), domicile, CNIC, and recent passport-size photographs. Additionally, Professors must attach four (04) DVDs containing soft copies of all credentials, organized in clearly labeled folders (Academic Credentials, Experience Certificates, Publications, etc.).
- 4 For all other positions, applicants must submit two (02) sets of the completed online application form along with the required attested documents mentioned above.
- 5 Send the complete application package via courier service to the Office of the Registrar, University of Narowal, no later than September 10, 2026, at 04:00 PM . Applications submitted by hand will not be accepted.
- 6 An original Bank Challan/Deposit slip for the non-refundable application processing fee must be paid in any Bank of Punjab branch, Account No. 6510222875800028. No Bank Draft, Pay Order, Cheque, or Postal Order will be accepted. The fee structure is as follows: Rs. 3000/- for (BS-21 & BS-20)
- 7 Rs. 1000/- for (BS-18 & BS-17)
- 8 Rs. 500/- for (BS-14 to BS-05)
- 9 Rs. 300/- for (BS-02 & BS-01)
- 10 Clearly write the name of the post applied for on the top right side of the envelope.
- 11 Applicants currently working in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and attach an NOC from their competent authority.
- 12 Applicants with foreign degrees must attach an HEC/IBCC equivalence certificate.
