About Audit Officer
TransPeshawar is hiring for the post of Audit Officer (1 post) in Peshawar.
Reporting to the Chief Internal Auditor, the Audit Officer shall oversee and conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficient use of funds in the BRT system. He has to plan, supervise, and execute internal audit activities for the BRT project to ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, procurement policies, and operational procedures. The Audit Officer helps protect assets, improve risk management, and enhance the integrity of the BRT's financial and operational systems.
Requirements for Audit Officer
Applicants for Audit Officer must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Commerce, Business Administration (Finance), ACCA, CA Finalist or related fields from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: At least 03 years of post-qualification relevant public sector experience. 01 years of experience in auditing public sector projects, transport authorities, donor-funded programs, or infrastructure projects will be considered an advantage.
