Assistant Manager Bus Compliance

Reporting to the Manager Operation & Control Centre, the Assistant Manager Bus Compliance will ensure that all bus operations within the BRT system comply with regulatory standards, contractual obligations, safety protocols, and service performance benchmarks. This role involves close coordination with bus operators, regulatory authorities, and internal departments to enforce compliance and support efficient transit operations. This position requires working late hours and on weekends.

Applicants for Assistant Manager Bus Compliance must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification: At least 16 years degree in Civil/Mechanical/Transport Planning/Industrial Engineering or related fields from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification or Master's Degree in above fields from an HEC recognized university will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience: At least 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience. 03 years of public transport, fleet management and repair & maintenance experience in a similar role will be preferred. Relevant international work experience will be considered an added advantage.
