Unit Head Collections & Recovery (GoPb)

The Unit Head Collections & Recovery (GoPb) will be responsible for leading and managing centralized collection operations within the Digital Banking Group, ensuring effective control over delinquency and Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).

Position Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC Recognized University/Foreign University.
• Experience: Minimum 09 years of relevant Banking/Non Banking Experience.
• Age Limit: Up to 55 years as on the date of application.
• Grade: Band 5 / Band 3

Position Description:

• Lead, strategize, and manage centralized collection operations for effective control on delinquency and NPLs, ensuring the achievement of collection targets and reduction in roll-forward rates countrywide.
• Responsible for manpower planning, rostering, performance management, and retention through performance culture.
• Analyze collection reports, data cuts, and portfolio trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Review bucket-wise movements, vintage trends, promise kept rates, and flow rates to refine calling strategies.
• Ensure entire tele-operation works within approved collection policy and code of conduct.
