Regional Business Heads – Branch Banking Division (CBG)

Job Summary/Major Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for the achievement of CA, SA, and total deposit targets, along with other revenue and cross-functional targets set for the region.
• Collaboration with all business units for the identification of prospective customers to enhance sales opportunities and deposit mobilization.
• Responsibility to enhance and optimize productivity at all levels, enforcing a compliance culture and bringing quality to customer services.
• Ensure adherence to SBP regulations, Bank’s policies, procedures, and risk guidelines.
• Build a succession pipeline and ensure high team engagement.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized University/Foreign University.
• Experience: Minimum 09 to 12 years of banking experience. Preference shall be given to candidates having more than 03 years of banking experience at a similar role.
• Age: Not more than 55 Years as of the application date.
