1. Applications must be submitted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Government of Punjab and the prescribed standards.
2. Applicants must be residents and domicile holders of the relevant district/tehsil and meet the specified criteria.
3. Attach attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, and recent photographs with the application.
4. The recruitment is on a temporary basis for 89 days and does not grant the right to permanent employment or appointment to any permanent approved post.
5. Candidates are expected to perform cleaning, sanitation, and related duties in the hospital.
6. Applications providing false information will be rejected.
7. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
8. Selected candidates may be required to register on a biometric system for attendance and must be medically fit.
9. Attendance and duty hours will be as per the rules of the hospital administration.
10. In case of absence from duty or negligence in performing duties, action will be taken as per rules.
11. No TA/DA will be provided to applicants.
12. The appointment of selected candidates will be subject to relevant rules, hospital needs, and approval from the competent authority.
13. The competent authority reserves the right to change or cancel the recruitment process.
14. Selected candidates will be required to register on the biometric system and mark their attendance daily.
15. Attendance will be recorded via the biometric system; absence or continuous absence will result in action as per rules.
16. The decision of the competent authority will be final in case of any complaint or dispute.
