Applicants must meet the following criteria and adhere to the specified terms and conditions:

1. The applicant must be a resident/domicile holder of the concerned district (Bahawalnagar District) and meet the prescribed standards.
2. Applications must be accompanied by attested copies of the National Identity Card, Domicile, educational certificates, experience certificates, and recent photographs.
3. The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council and will not lead to permanent appointment or employment rights. This recruitment is not against any sanctioned post.
4. Recruitment will be done on merit according to the prevailing policies/instructions of the Government of Punjab.
5. Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
6. Candidates must present original National Identity Card, original educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.
7. The competent selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
8. Selected candidates will be appointed in the relevant hospital/department as per requirement and will have to perform assigned duties.
9. No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for the interview/selection process.
10. Selected candidates must be medically and physically fit.
11. In case any information or document provided at any stage proves to be false or fake, the candidate’s application/appointment will be cancelled.
12. Salary/remuneration will be paid through cross-check via bank account at the rate prescribed and approved by the government.
13. Selected staff will be bound to perform duties assigned by the administration as per hospital cleanliness and requirement.
14. Selected candidates must register their daily attendance on the hospital’s biometric system.
15. Salary will only be linked to the biometric system; absence without biometric attendance will be considered unauthorized, and in case of continuous two days of absence, the selected candidate will be dismissed from service.
16. In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
