Job Overview

The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Shorkot, is inviting applications from eligible residents of District Jhang for temporary Janitorial Staff positions. Eligibility Criteria

Applicants for the Sanitary Worker / Cleaner position must be medically and physically fit. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in hospital cleaning and sanitation.

• Age Limit: Up to 50 years
• Domicile: Applicants must be residents of District Jhang and possess a valid domicile certificate.
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must be medically and physically fit for the role.
• Experience: Experience in hospital cleaning and sanitation will be given preference.

Important Instructions and Conditions

• The recruitment is purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through a health council and does not create any right for permanent appointment or employment.
• These appointments will not be made against any sanctioned post.
• Recruitment will be done on merit according to the prevailing policies and instructions of the Government of Punjab.
• Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be deployed in the relevant hospital/institution as per need and will be bound to perform assigned duties.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• If any information or documents provided by the candidate are found to be false or fake at any stage, the application/appointment will be canceled.
• Salary/remuneration will be paid through a cross-check or bank account as per the government’s prescribed rate and approved method of payment.
• Selected candidates must register their daily attendance on the hospital’s biometric system.
• Salary payment will only be linked to the biometric system. Absence without biometric attendance will be considered unauthorized, and continuous absence for two days will result in termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be terminated without prior notice.
