Important Instructions

• Recruitment will be strictly on merit as per the policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be assigned duties as per the hospital’s needs and requirements.
• No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• Selected candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• If any information or document provided by the candidate is found to be false or fake at any stage, the application or appointment will be cancelled.
• Salary/remuneration will be paid according to the government’s prescribed rates and approved payment methods, preferably through cross-cheque or bank account.
• Selected staff will be required to perform duties related to cleanliness and other tasks as assigned by the hospital administration.
• Selected candidates must register on the hospital’s biometric system and mark their attendance daily.
• Salary payment will be linked solely to the biometric system. Absence without biometric attendance will be considered unauthorized, and continuous two-day absence will result in termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the employee may be terminated without prior notice.
